Director, Peter Pope

For over thirty years, Peter has been sailing mainly in the Bristol Channel on yachts ranging from 26 - 40 feet. He has also spent considerable time planning and implementing yacht maintenance tasks on a variety of crafts.

In addition, Peter has been the skipper of the South Wales Police Yacht Club's racing crew for over twenty years. A role that has had him leading crews of both experienced and novice sailors around the British Isles and Europe.

Associate, Phil Davies

Phil is a retired police officer. He has worked with Peter doing most of the practical maintenance tasks on boats the Police Yacht Club have owned. His cruising strength is a cast-iron stomach and able to produce vital hot snacks when most needed!
